1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful educational purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Sharing course materials or login credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempting to circumvent access controls or security measures
• Using automated systems to access or download content without permission
• Engaging in disruptive behavior that interferes with other students' learning

2. Course Access and Participation

Enrolled students receive access to course materials, live sessions, and support resources for the duration of their program. Access requirements include:

• Active enrollment and current payment status
• Compliance with classroom conduct guidelines
• Minimum attendance requirements as specified in course descriptions
• Satisfactory completion of prerequisite requirements where applicable

3. Fair Usage Guidelines

Our resources are designed to support genuine learning activities. We monitor usage patterns to ensure fair access for all students. Excessive downloading, automated access, or resource abuse may result in temporary account restrictions while we review the activity with the student.

1. Account Creation and Security

Student accounts are created upon course enrollment and provide access to our learning management system. Account holders are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Immediately reporting any unauthorized access or security concerns
• Keeping account information current and accurate
• Using strong passwords and following recommended security practices

2. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of policy violations, but we always aim to resolve issues through communication first. Grounds for account action may include:

• Violation of acceptable use policies or disruptive behavior
• Non-payment of course fees beyond the grace period
• Sharing access credentials or course materials inappropriately
• Prolonged inactivity or failure to engage with course requirements

3. Account Access Policies

Each student account is intended for individual use only. Family members or colleagues interested in our courses should enroll separately to ensure proper access to support services and personalized learning paths. Account sharing undermines the educational experience and violates our licensing agreements with content providers.

1. Service Uptime and Maintenance

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to technical requirements and maintenance needs:

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance
• Emergency maintenance may be performed with minimal notice when necessary
• Alternative access methods or extensions will be provided when possible
• Service credits may be provided for extended unplanned outages

2. Feature Updates and Course Modifications

We continuously improve our educational offerings and platform features to enhance the learning experience:

• Course content updates to reflect industry developments and best practices
• Platform improvements based on student feedback and technological advances
• New tools and resources added to support learning objectives
• Enrolled students receive access to improvements at no additional cost

3. Geographic Availability

Our services are primarily designed for students in Finland and the European Union, though we welcome international students. Some features, payment methods, or regulatory compliance requirements may vary by location. We will inform students of any location-specific limitations during the enrollment process.

1. Course Content Ownership

All course materials, including videos, presentations, exercises, and assessments, are protected by intellectual property rights:

• Original content created by Nordic Analytics and our instructors
• Licensed content from third-party providers under appropriate agreements
• Student access limited to personal educational use during enrollment period
• Redistribution, copying, or commercial use prohibited without written permission

2. Student-Generated Content

Students retain ownership of their original work, projects, and assignments created during courses. However, students grant Nordic Analytics permission to use anonymized examples of excellent work for educational purposes in future courses, with proper attribution when requested. Personal information is always removed from any shared examples.

3. Brand and Trademark Usage

The Nordic Analytics name, logo, and related trademarks are protected intellectual property. Students may reference their enrollment and completed courses on resumes and professional profiles but may not use our branding for commercial purposes or in ways that suggest endorsement beyond the educational relationship.
